1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the hhdd website at hhdd.ws, including any of its sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, promotional programmes, or customer support channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the hhdd platform, including registered account holders, visitors who have not registered an account, and any person who accesses any part of the platform in any capacity.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with hhdd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable national law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from hhdd or had an account closed by hhdd for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of any employee or officer of hhdd or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.

hhdd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any user at any time. If a user is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately, all bets placed will be voided, and any funds deposited will be returned minus any winnings already paid out. hhdd takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously and will report confirmed cases to the relevant authorities.

Jurisdictional Responsibility

hhdd operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the hhdd platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any bet. hhdd does not represent or warrant that the platform is legal to use in any specific country or region, including Bangladesh. Users access the platform entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of hhdd services — including sports betting, live casino games, slots, and the withdrawal of funds — you must register a personal account. Account registration on hhdd is subject to the following terms:

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the hhdd platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or any other means — is strictly prohibited. If hhdd detects that a user holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended immediately pending investigation. hhdd reserves the right to void all bets placed across duplicate accounts and to forfeit any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of account registration. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. Any account registered with false, misleading, or inaccurate information may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

hhdd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its compliance obligations under its offshore operating licence. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Accepted identity documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) — Bangladesh
• Valid passport
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement dated within 90 days)

hhdd aims to complete KYC verification within two to four hours of document submission during normal operating hours. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

Account Currency

All hhdd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. There is no currency conversion applied on the hhdd platform side.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hhdd account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Bangladesh mobile number. hhdd strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to your registered mobile number — this feature is available in your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or any person claiming to represent hhdd customer support.
• Log out of your account fully when using a shared or public device.
• Notify hhdd support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

hhdd will never ask for your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from hhdd that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

5 Deposits & Payments

hhdd accepts deposits from Bangladesh-based users via the following payment methods:

• bKash (personal wallet and merchant payment)
• Nagad (personal wallet)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay (UCB mobile banking)
• Bank transfers from BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladesh commercial banks

Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on hhdd is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day vary by payment method and account verification tier. Current deposit limits are displayed within your hhdd account dashboard and may be updated by hhdd at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your hhdd account within one to fifteen minutes of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two to four business hours depending on the processing schedules of the originating bank. hhdd does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which hhdd accepts no responsibility.

Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method being used. hhdd reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

Deposit Restrictions

hhdd does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, borrowed money, or funds that do not belong to you. Deposits made on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited. hhdd reserves the right to reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects has been made in violation of these terms.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on hhdd are subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Withdrawal

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your hhdd account, you must have completed the KYC identity verification process as described in Section 3. Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment method that has not been registered to and verified against your hhdd account.

Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. hhdd supports withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and registered Bangladesh bank accounts. hhdd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards, or any payment method not registered in the account holder's name.

Withdrawal Processing Times

hhdd aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay within one to four hours of approval during normal operating conditions on Bangladesh Standard Time. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one to two business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, technical maintenance, or pending compliance review.

Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal

If your account balance contains bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play, applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before those funds may be withdrawn. Withdrawal of real-money deposits (excluding bonus-derived funds) is not subject to wagering requirements, provided no active bonus is currently attached to your account. 7 Bonuses & Promotions

hhdd offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• All bonus amounts are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Each promotion is available once per eligible user, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• hhdd reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus that it reasonably believes has been claimed in bad faith, in breach of these terms, or through the use of multiple accounts, VPN usage, or any form of bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• hhdd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. 8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on hhdd are subject to hhdd's general betting and gaming rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on hhdd:

Bet Acceptance

hhdd reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are not accepted until a confirmation reference has been generated by the hhdd system. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been confirmed before relying on a potential outcome.

Odds and Pricing

Odds displayed on the hhdd sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. hhdd accepts no liability for any discrepancy between odds displayed and odds at the time of system confirmation where a change has occurred during the submission process.

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrectly published odds or game outcome, hhdd reserves the right to void all affected bets and transactions. Match Abandonment

In the case of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published in the hhdd sportsbook rules section. In general, if a cricket match is abandoned before a sufficient number of overs have been completed to produce a result under the applicable format rules, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Responsible Use of Platform Features

Users are expected to use the hhdd platform fairly and in accordance with its intended purpose. Any use of automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hhdd platform:

1. Registering more than one account for the same individual (multiple accounts).
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration or KYC verification.
3. Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
4. Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform.
5. Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Using VPN, proxy, or any IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform access controls.
7. Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the hhdd platform.
8. Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
9. Abusing the hhdd bonus system, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing hhdd staff, support agents, or other platform users.
11. Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without their authorisation.
12. Sharing, selling, or transferring your hhdd account to any third party.

10 Responsible Gaming

hhdd is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all users of the platform. hhdd recognises that for a small percentage of users, gambling can become a problematic behaviour, and it takes its duty of care to those users very seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered hhdd account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you spend on hhdd. Limits can be reduced immediately and increased only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hhdd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, publish, or otherwise exploit any content from the hhdd platform without the prior written consent of hhdd.

The hhdd name and logo are trademarks of hhdd. You may not use these trademarks in any manner — including but not limited to in domain names, social media handles, advertising materials, or any other commercial context — without hhdd's express prior written consent.

12 Privacy & Data

hhdd collects, stores, and processes personal data from its users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at hhdd.ws/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the hhdd platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hhdd uses SSL encryption across all pages and transactions on hhdd.ws to protect your personal and financial data in transit. Account credentials are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing practices. hhdd does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by applicable law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms and Conditions (for example, sharing data with payment processors for the purpose of processing your transactions).

All connections between your device and hhdd.ws are secured via TLS/SSL encryption. hhdd recommends that users access the platform only via the official hhdd.ws domain and verify that the connection is secured with a valid SSL certificate before entering any login credentials or financial information.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hhdd, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the hhdd platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from any bet or game played on the platform.
• Losses arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or system malfunctions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or data published on the hhdd platform.
• Losses arising from changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect your ability to use the platform in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits hhdd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable international law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

hhdd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, hhdd will endeavour to notify registered users via email to the address registered to their account, or via a notice published prominently on the hhdd.ws homepage, at least seven days before the revised terms take effect.

For non-material clarifications and corrections, hhdd may update these Terms and Conditions without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically and to ensure that you are aware of the current version. Your continued use of the hhdd platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms in full.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hhdd holds its offshore operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the hhdd platform shall first be referred to hhdd's customer support team for informal resolution. hhdd aims to resolve all account-level disputes within five to ten business days of a formal complaint being submitted in writing to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable offshore licensing authority. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Users who are residents of Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction acknowledge that they access the hhdd platform under offshore terms and that disputes are governed by the licensing jurisdiction's legal framework, not the laws of Bangladesh or any other country where users may be located.
